Frequently Asked Questions

  • We service the greater Maryland area as well as Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Northern Pennsylvania (within a 2-hour distance).  We can also travel to areas outside of these for an additional fee for travel/accommodations if necessary.

  • Yes, Delivery and set up/strike fees vary and are discussed after you have submitted an inquiry.

  • Yes, we can do an onsite visit of your venue for an additional fee.

  • Prices are determined based upon design, products/supplies, labor and other considerations.  We can provide you with a more accurate quote based on your needs after you have submitted an inquiry.

  • Once your event is booked, that time is reserved for you and supplies are ordered, therefore we cannot offer a refund.  For events/orders canceled 30 days or more prior to the event, a credit will be issued for a future event/order within one year, based on availability.  Orders/events less than 30 days away are not eligible for cancellation.  Funds paid will not be refunded and a credit cannot be issued.

  • Orders for any of our services/designs should be placed as early as possible. Everything is on a first come, first served basis.

  • Yes.  A booking fee is required to place an order or reserve a date.  

  • Personal and corporate checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card & American Express are accepted.

  • No.  Running errands for clients is not part of our services.

  • Yes.  Some designs can be picked up by the client.  We are not responsible for balloons after they have been picked up.  Refunds will not be given for balloons that pop/deflate, etc.

  • Yes.  At this time, our rental items include throne chairs, yard cards and the popular 360 photo booth.  Rental item prices are additional and are based on availability.  We will be adding to the rental inventory.

  • Unfortunately, the life of balloons whether in indoor/outdoor settings cannot be guaranteed.  Balloons are affected by elements such human interaction, temperature, environment, sun, heat, cold, etc.  Refunds are not given on balloon designs/set ups after delivery.  Adjustments, re-inflation may be done at the discretion of Balloons All Around if we choose to do so but is not required.

  • Our company prides itself in providing quality service and products.  We can use balloons/products that you have purchased if you wish.  However, our cost for inflation/set up will remain the same and will not be discounted.  In addition, we cannot guarantee the quality/longevity of the balloons or products and refunds will not be given.

  • No.  We do not offer balloon releases. Although balloons are beautiful and biodegradeable, they are hazardous to the environment and animals and can cause power outages. (Balloon releases are against the law in Maryland and Virginia)

  • Yard card rentals are based on an 10-12 hour rental period.  Yard cards are set up in the morning at the discretion of the company (typically between the hours of 6 am-8 am.) and will be picked up before dark.  Set up areas are limited.  Orders for yard cards must be placed at least two weeks in advance.
